Welcoming Melissa

 

New year, expanded team.

We're now partnering with new associate, Melissa Kidd, of Coaching Creatives.

Melissa specialises in helping creative agencies bring in business and bring out the best in their teams. Much of her work is helping leaders of creative teams to take a tailored approach to the management of their people. Working with fast-growing agencies, as well as creative teams within larger organisations such as the Consumers’ Association and Coca Cola, Melissa helps the leaders to become more self aware, clearer and more confident.

The other area of her work involves consulting with agencies to help them bring in more referrals. While many agencies are proud of their volume of referrals, they often don’t have a system in place to generate them. Melissa helps to provide clarity and confidence to leverage their existing connections which then reduces the outlay of expensive new business.

Having worked as a communications manager at the Soil Association for 6 years, then whilst working as a copywriter – both inhouse, agency and freelance - she trained to be a coach.  Today she regularly runs workshops, gives talks and speaks at conferences within the creative industry.
